PCM replacement

My PCM is fried. I am planning on doing the install myself and was wondering if there was any tricks on installing this electrical part. Is there any special diagnostic tools required for the install of the new one such as, the old calibration code off of the old PCM? Any help on this I owe you a cold barley pop. Thanks.

PCM replacement

The only way you will get the correct replacement is to have the part number off the original . Disconnect the battery before replacing it .
