Garymatt...back in March, this was discussed on the board. The current fog lamps p/n 9145 are a category H10 halogen lamp. The only vendor I saw was OSRAM/Sylvania. Hit the link for http://www.sylvania.com/home_us.htm and you'll get their website.
Sylvania only makes them in white, but if enough of us at FTE bombard them with requests, maybe they'll come out with an amber! They can also be reached at:

I agree, amber fog lamps would be the way to go!

Couldnt you buy the white bulbs and dip them in yellow dye, or food coloring?
Maybe 1-2 coats should make a transparent yellow.
Couldnt hurt to try it out. Food coloring is 50cents and the bulb is a couple bucks maybe. Just an idea
