Does anybody happen to have a good wiring harness and/or know of a good place to get one retail for a good price LMC truck charges almost $500 for a fused 12 circuit system, and another company (cant think of it right now) sells theirs out of classic truck mag for $160. Do these cover everything/only components. Ignition system? We have an all new starting system from the rebuilt alternator to the reg and solenoid/starter, but need the wires. So were looking for a good harness setup.
A good place to start is our host and their advertisers. NAtional parts depot. EZWIRE, Painless, almost any of the vintage parts suppliers will have them and yep LMC truck is certainly proud of their parts. I've found NPD to be as inexpensive as anyone.
Check out EZ wire harness. I am putting one in my 48 F!. The harness is wired for cruise, AC, door locks etc but you can pull the fuses to make it a dead circut. I am about 2/3 of the way thru and have not found any problems with there harness. Cost is about $165.00. You will need to buy new switches if you need them. They do not come with the harness.

EZ Wire is the ad you saw. I saw the same one, showed it to my hot rod club buddies, and they all gave it the thumbs up, so I got it. Easy install, has everything you need.
I am looking at the EZ wiring harness as well, at 165.00 cant be too bad of a setup. They also have dash panels available now for the 33-72 trucks...yes all the years between www.ezwiring.com
