i just got my headers today from ups i checked them out but i don't see the opening for the egr valve nor do i see any sensors aswell . i checked out jba same things on their website . what's the deal can i still put them in without the egr valve and the rest of the sensors or should i just stay stock for now .???
I got some pacesetter headers and the only thing i had to put in was a 02 sensor. You can order a "bung ring" or something like that at auto zone and just drill out the hole and i got a friend of mine to weld the bung on... worked great.

Just hook then to the stock exsult pipe that has the o2 sensor in it Dont worrie about the EGR hook up unless you have to pass the sniffer test.If it was me I would run the headers to the stock pipes and get a good flowing muffler{gibbson or flow master}.
well as for myself i have had headers in most of my trucks
the truck i have now is a 1987 bronco2 4x4 eddie bauer 2.9L a4ld Soon to be with headers just waiting on my flowmaster 40 to get here
you get more ponies better exhaust flow less risk of cracking manifolds stock manifolds crack i can get about 10-15 more ponies more check out www.pacesetterexhaust.com for more info on what these type of headers can do for your truck .
