Torque Specification

I have a 94 explorer with the 4.0 and I was wondering what is the amount of torque I should use to tighten the spark plugs. Also I can get a set of plugs Motorcraft AWSF-42C for free. Is it ok to use those instead of the double platinums. Im taking a long trip on friday so I want to make sure it will be alright. Thanks in advance, Steve

Torque Specification

i know with my explorer i dont use a torque wrench, i just tighten them down to a reasonable degree, always have done it that way, no problem. cant help u on which plugs u can use tho.
