A/C Problem....Help Please

My A/C seems to work fine it blows cold air from the defrost vents on top of the dash board directly under the windshield. It blows cold from the back of the center console that feeds A/C to the back seats of the truck. It doesn't blow any air from the front dash board vents, I can't understand why. Is there seperate blower motors for the different vents within the truck? No air blows from these vents, not hot or cold but all other vents work fine. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

start by telling us what model and year you are working on... Sounds like a vacuum leak which will cause the air flow to default to the defrost position.
