sounds like you need a custom airbag suspension or a 4 link. pricey but a smoother ride than a leaf spring.
Suspensions with 3,4 and 5 links take quite a bit of time to tune properly. Stick with the leafs. If they are still stock, then they are probably sagged badly and are in need of an upgrade.
