Posted latest pics in my gallery. Spent every spare moment for the last 10 months getting the old girl back together. I'm not a very experienced painter so I had several "do-overs" which almost broke me (mentally and financially), but it was worth it. Already thinking about phase II or maybe a second truck.
Thanks so much for the positive responses. It means alot. I have friends and family who come by and see the truck and say "thats nice". But a "normal" person just can't really appreciate the beauty and character of these old effies, and they can't begin to understand what it means to bring one of these back to life. Just 1 "good job" response from someone on this forum is worth a 100 "thats nice" responses from other folks. Thanks again!
I've noticed that most of the guys in here are/ or have been in the same position taking a truck and molding into something very nice. I know I can relate with working on my 56 F100. It's been a hard road, but payoff is great. You've done a fabulous job on that truck. You should be proud.
