Pewter Engine Paint

According to info received FoMoCo used a Pewter for some of its engine blocks & an Orange or Orange/Red for the Valve cover in 1958.
Does anyone have a clue as to what they look like & if they can still be found?
Getting down to 3 minute warning here to paint the block its correct colour.

That's my 1960 223. The valve cover was painted from an old spray can of Ford Red. You should be able to find that somewhere.
As for the pewter block, I have no idea what to tell you. My block was black underneath all the grease.
