Turbo underboost fault code...

Have had this show up twice in 3 weeks... Anyone know if this is something to be concerned with or know what causes it?
I drive a 2004 F350 King Ranch 6.0 4x4 8 ft bed Crew Cab if that has anything to do with it

I went in for an exhaust leak and that code showed up. They replaced the turbo, but didnt fix my exhaust leak.
