99 Explorer with PO445 diagnostic code

99 Explorer with PO445 diagnostic code
What's the most common problem with pressure loss? I've already replaced the fuel cap and blew 25 bucks. I'd hate to continue replacing good parts. Anyone have any suggestions? I believe the OBD-II code that keeps coming up is PO445.

Theres about 9 different codes for the evap system, but PO445 isnt one of them. If you dont want to pull the codes yourself, have Autozone do it and post it here.
