i have a 1990 f250 4x4.when i press my brake pedal you hear a swoosh sound. well it used to be just for a second. now it the whole time you are pushing the brake pedal it is making that noise.
along with the noise it feels like there is air in the line, but i have bleed them.
any clues?

Reset ECM on a Ford Winstar
Hi can anyone tell me how to reset the computer on a 1995 Winstar with 3.8. I recently had the check engine light come on and checked the code. Code showed the crank shaft position sensor. I replaced the sensor, and still have the check engine light coming on, with the same code. Disconecting negative battery cable has turned check engine light out, but after driving about 10 minutes the light comes back on. Any idea?

from what i've been told, in the manuel of the windstar should be tips on how to clear the code.just cleared a low pressure tie code on a 2003 monte carlo. it used the stock radio to clear the codes.
