wierd exaust

wierd exaust

Earlier today i was driving and hit a rock.
this put a nasty 2 inch hole in my pipe.
after that the truck seemed to have a little voomph to it .
my imagination or can this really happen ?
is it bad for the truck ?

ittl sound alot louder i guess it could add some power i dought it would be noticibe though but anythings possible i guess

yeah it will deffinately give it more power..that's why some people put a larger diameter exhaust on their vehicles. You should also check your Cat converter to make sure it's not clogged.

Yea, it probably did give it some more power. I put my stock exhaust on for inspection and it lost allot of power, especially above 2,000rpm. I ripped that thing off as fast as I could after inspection.
