clicking noise under load

Sounds good...is it hard to rethread somethin like that or is it done in a snap of the finger?

OK took truck to dealer today the noise is coming from a broken manifold bolt. The shop manager says he has been seeing a lot of this, both on v6 and v8 models...... tnx for all the input ,,,ed

Homer....the threading actually took less than 5 minutes. I guess it depends on how much thread was left. In my case only the first couple threads were stripped.

I am sure it would take longer if one had to tap it out larger and install the heli-coil.
