as for relays, i have a pair of KCs that were sittin around that i threw on the bumper. What relay is enough for these? i was thinking of one 40amp, but should i put two on? thanks

You don't need a ground to the switch itself. You should only have one hot wire coming into it from a power source and one going out to the lights.

Most often the walmart type lights have a ground wire running right to the light's mounting bracket so you have no ground wires to run. You just have to make sure you mount the bracket to a grounded metal surface.

you could just buy a baja sttyle bumper from your local auto parts store (ie pep boys or discount auto parts).They run about $150-200 and you can mount the lights on the "Tounge" of the bumper. It bolts right on to your stock bumper and it will get the lights up higher and looks good too.

My KC's are only running of one relay, think its only a 30 amp? Anyways, one 40 amp relay should be fine.
