Question Engine Swap
Need help. Have '95 Thunderbird w/4.6 want to swap out w/5.0 HO from Mustang. Is this possible? If so how complicated could this be and what is envolved?

You'll need a tranny, custom fabricated motor mounts, entire wiring harness, ECU. Might be a pretty tough swap. Might be money better spent by beefing up the 4.6. FWIW.

WHAT???!!!!

You're trying to go the wrong way! you can make a lot more power with that 4.6, granted its more expensive....but still....
