Question about programmer

I am interested in installing a Superchips 1715 programmer in my 1998 Ford F250LD with a 5.4 motor. The calibration decal reads 8-46E on one line and F8AE-6E061-C2G. Would this unit be able to adjust the speedo for larger tires.

I believe that the 97-03 can increase the tire size by using the tuner. Buddy of mine did his that way with my tuner, used Superchips 96-03 gas 1715 Max tuner
