Looking for subs

Umm i need help with the best amp on the market. money is no issue. im looking as well for some Cerwin-Vega Strokers (12"/15" preferable) and/or some Infinity Kappa VQs(12") help please any other opinions on subs would be great

As for subs, Cerwin-Vega is does not appear to be a popular brand, at least when it comes to car audio. I've done alot of online research into car audio and this is actually the first time I've read someone mentioning that brand. JL Audio seems to be one of the most mentioned and respected brands for subs (as well as amps).
