I'm a little confused using this site. Fellro86 thank's for the tip about a cheaper gear splitter but is that a Gear Vender or a US Gear transmission. What is a logo suppose to rephresent? your organization or localityor both or more. I'm not much help on this. i think it should say what we are about, easy on the eyes and done in good taste. All iwanted was to get some help in trying to over the next hill on my way to Branson Mo. Thanks and keep on FORDing

That was a GV unit I was referring to, but on 2wd applications, the US gear would be good too, as the mods required are about the same. For 4wd you would need to modify both drive shafts and the front fuel tank, but on your RV it would be simply shortening the driveshaft.

Going to mt view ar for the bean feast the end of Oct by way of branson for a show or two. what did you mean by a cheaper one in your first post. Wife and i go to a lot of blue grass with our 85 6.9 diesel class C RV AND GET IN SOME big hills.

What do you think of this? I dumped the whole "hick/truck in the cornfield" idea...sorry guys. This was my first attempt with new software....open to ideas...might play more tomorrow.
Granted..the color of the text/iowa is too close to being the same...need to change one or the other a bit...and maybe the graphic across the Iowa might be cheezy too....not sure. Hope the link works...if not the graphic is in my gallery.

NOw that is starting to look good to me different, and nice I agree it might need some color work, but I like the change in directions you are going with this. I would submit something but my artistic abilities are none existant.

It's looking pretty good, and original. I haven't taken any time to play with it, keep in mind this will go on bumper stickers as well. It may well scale down ok to that configuration, as I said, I haven't monkeyed with it, as my heart and head aren't in it yet, but I appreciate the effort, and all the support everyone has given.

Hey Micheal, I do have one idea that would help with the colors some, how about switching the ford emblem, and the FTE logo, so the logo crosses just above the state outline, and the ford emblem is beside it, I'm not good enough or have a good enough program to do it myself, but just an idea to see how that would look.

Thanks! I will dink with it more tonight. FYI...the forld logo came from the FORD website..somewhere...the Iowa came from the Ragbri website and has been heavily modified...you know where the rest came from.

I had hoped to create a simple logo that could also be used as a generic template for other chapters should they want it...by simply changing the state/colors...etc but the basic logo could stay the same... maybe we don't want to do that... anyway..back to ebay to sell some junk!

Not quite sure what you mean Monster....can you sketch something up and email it to me or post?

Micheal all I am meaning is to swicth the ford emblem, and fte logos positon, so that the Ford truck enthusiast part would run across over the top of the state instead of through it but I will try, and sketch something and send it too you. but maybe a better thought after relooking at your idea would just to move the state up higher I don't know like I said not real good at the artistic stuff.
