I think with all the notice we have been given we, ALL AMERICANS need to be extra vigilant over the next few days for any suspicious activity. If we all remain at alert and just look around during our busy day for anything out of the norm we will be doing our part and covering our own butts in the process.
here here...I second that motion....speaking of motion, that doesnt look like the normal homeless guy that stumbles around behind safeway, I should go check it out. ....just kidding....but seriously archer1 is right. but dont go overboard and start freaking out lol.
Its kind of funny how we have this terrorist alert levels, and yet I had no clue what level we are on. I think that it is a great idea, but who decides what level we are on? It also needs to be more publicised, and it coule be a great system.
silly but it works and keeps things in perspective
The point here is to just be aware of things out that are out of the norm. Sometimes we all see things that may mean nothing but on the other hand in the times we live in now we just need to sharpen our everyday routine and just glance around a little more and pay attention to details. BUT lets not get ****.
Understand Mil...

the negativity has driven off some from this "Enthusiasts" forum
Granted, my deleted post was worded strongly, but we do have to think about some of those issues...

mine too so ill watch what i say from now on i guess....terrorist alerts are simply a gauge they use to tell when they "Think" terrorist groups may strike, now if they could predict the future then my aunt, my cousin, and 3 of my close friends would still be here today. I dont pay it much mind but i do try to remain informed, thats our best defense against terrorism, stay informed and keep a sharp eye out for things that look shady....if you see anything shady call the police and dont feel like a rat or snitch your help may save someone elses family and friends.
That's a good point. Being informed is your best tool for defense. Yes, I do agree, we will never be able to predict with 100% accuracy when something will happen... you just cannot ask for it. Personally, I think that the color codes are pretty smart, yet simple. Alost every news station has a bit on it anytime that the color changes.
I agree also with D. though, this isn't Pig Pen, so let's try to keep it calm (cause I sometimes fly off the handle to quickly, as Dennis noted in the PM he sent me regarding my "week off" for my responce in a thread a few months ago).
