289 water pump

289 water pump
I have a truck that was repowered with a 65 or 66 289 with the 5bolt bell housing. I replaced it with a 289 out of a pickup that is a 6 bolt bell housing. The problem is that the old motor has the bottom radiator hose coming off of the passenger side of the water pump and the newer 289 has it coming off the drivers side. Do these water pumps interchange? Too match the radiator I need the bottom hose to come off the passenger side. I went to the six bolt bell in order to run the t-19 transmission.
