Better Ride?

I know my truck is not exactly a Lincoln, but what can you do to achieve a better ride? I have a 79 Supercab F-150 4x4 solid axle with leaf springs. I would like to keep a fairly stock ride height and the truck is mainly used as a daily driver, the only offroading it sees is my driveway.

well, convert the front to coil spring, softer shocks, maybe some larger tires. I have 38's and heckthorn shocks and i have a great ride, but the tires give a lot also.

whats air ride like, not much on it myself but ive talk to some low rider guys and they say their vehicles ride like a cadillac.
