Engine Swap ?

Does any one know how hard it would be to swap 4.6l for lightning motor?
Or would it be easier to super charge the 4.6l?
oh yeah 2000 XLT

You will be happier with a swap for the Lightning. Not saying it will be easier though. But do-able.

Basically, you will need the ecu, wiring, transmission, and engine. I am not positive if the mounts are the same, but you will need to swap all of the above. It will be bolt in, since the f-150 and expedition chassis are essentially the same.

The larger 9.75 differential might not be a bad idea.
