i went with the supercab, plenty of room for my two kids, me and my fiancee. couldnt justify the extra money for the extra room and the supercab does what we need it to do. plenty of interier room for all of us when we go somewhere.

Plan on having kids or having some friends come along? If so then go with the SuperCrew, if not then go with the SuperCab. You know what they say though, better to overdress than to underdress.

Thumbs up true true...

yes it is true, u just think since the supercab's were made around 6 inches longer u would think its pretty close par to the old supercrew's though they were 36.8 inches. but ive looked in the back of a 04 sup[ercab and then supercrew 04 and u raelly cant tell much difference until u sit in it, but vision wise its kind of the same.

I've seen both & prefer the crew.. More interior room, better leg room in the back, but smaller bed

If you can get by with the smaller bed, I'd go with the crew!!

my supercab has a 5.5 ft box, i thought that was the shortest box ford has for the f150.

I have the 6.5' bed, you can get any box for a supercab but the super crew is only sold with the 5.5'.

I went SCab. Me & wife with 1 teen boy. Plenty of room for us and one of his friends, but also enough for me & 3 coworkers for a couple of hours. Would have loved to had SCrew interior room but I simply will use it as a truck often enough that the 5.5' bed would not have cut it.
Believe me, the bed extender does NOT "make it the same as a 6.5' bed"...as the dealers are so fond of saying.

Again, it's gonna depend on your intended usage. If it's mostly for driving and being able to sometimes throw something in back I would go SCab. But if hauling things, especially loose like gravel, bark, dirt, rocks, get the SCrew

I went with the crew, but I have two young kids. I debated the supecab, because my kids won't be big enough to know the difference by the time I trade out of it, but I got a good deal and the crew holds its resale a little better.

I went with the Screw and don't regret it. Sure, it's a lot of room since it's mostly just me in the truck but it's great for several adults, a dog, camping gear, whatever and nearly everything can stay in the cab if necessary (rain). Plus I think it looks a lot better than the smaller cabs.

Depends on who rides in the back seat. I have owned both and would go with the SCrew.. More room, comfort and better resale.

I think you have SCab and Screw switched here, right? The SCab is better for hauling since it has a longer bed, the SCrew is better for casual use.

While the "supercab" is fine for 2; the thing we got tired of was trying to load groceries into the rear seat when the door opens in a different direction. Also on those occasions when you have 4 people, even tho the rear seat has it's own door..the people in the back are still "2nd class" waiting on the people in the front.

I bought the supercab (pics in gallery, take a look), and though I have only had it two days, I am glad I got it. Enough room for the wife and two small kids and a dog for short trips. For longer ones or needing more room I have a minivan (a.k.a. the family tote mobile). This is my personal "sport" truck! Just my viewpoint!
