1 row vs. 2 row radiator

1 row vs. 2 row radiator
I am about to replace the radiator to my 97 v6 f-150. The radiator core is only 1 inch. So I assume its a 1 row radiator.
Its a work truck that came without a/c and the a/c was installed afterwards.
When I look up radiators online, most places list the 2 row radiator. Some places specificly ask if my core is currently 1 inch or 2 inch, while others never bother to ask.
Will a 2 row (2 inch) install without any problems or modifications?
