just reminded me... my dad is very against tattoos, but he's accepted me having them. never made a bad comment about them. ALL of mine can be covered by a t-shirt, although you may see part of the ones on my biceps if my sleeves slide upward. my brother, also thinks tattoos are dumb, but hes pretty close-minded. funny thing is though his wife has one but he never brings that up when bashing mine.
i would never tell someone NOT to get one, just make sure its something youll want forever, because itll be there that long.
another idea about the naked lady one... lets say someday you dont find yourself attracted to women, listening to Elton John and dressing "different" ??? thats only a joke but... ya never know! seriously though, you might find yourself in a job that wont allow you to wear short sleeves because you have a " offensive " tattoo.
i think im done rambling now, but ill leave ya with this; if you plan to get this tattoo, i hope youve thought about this particular one for a few months and know you wont regret it.
good luck with your decision, and enjoy the pain cause it wont be your last
Make sure that you are not cheap with the money, becuase that can get you in more trouble. Get waht you want and get what you can live with. Think before you ink.
BuiltoughF250 is correct about peoples idea about you and tattoo's you can only see mine if I wear tanks and I do on the weekend, but it is funny how many people look down at me. My mother-in-law's jaw dropped the first time that she saw it, but she has not said anything.
The only difference between tattooed people and non tattooed people is that tattooed people dont care if you have tattoos or not
That is so true man.
They are highly addictive, I have 8 so far and am getting number 9 on monday. 10 will come a couple weeks later, etc, etc. I can't stop getting them, I've heard the stomach hurts like hell, guess I'll find out soon enough.
Dave88LX- choosing a good artist can be pretty easy. one thing that can help is to look at their previous work. any artist should have photo albums of tattoos they did for customers in the past, that way you can see if they pay attantion to detail, good color work, outlines are straight... etc etc
