6ft pyro sensor?

Will a Pyro sensor with a 6ft lead reach from down pipe to a piller pod?
I dont think it will, what do you all think?

I have the Autometer pyro. I think the lead was about 6 feet and it was plenty long enough. I ran mine from drivers manifold through the grommet at floor by manifold under the carpet and up the pillar.
