I always had lots of success taking a date out turtle catching. You go to a likely spot and wait for a turtle to come along. You just entertain yourselves in the meantime.

Golfing. I thought it was fun but my hubby didnt have such a great time. We started on the driving range and the guys on the line didnt like me too much. I called the "club" a stick one to many times and the ***** kept pelting them instead of the targets out in the distance. I had a great time tho.
I love any date with my hubby wether it be a movie or going to the local pick and pull salvage yard I love it. It is the person you are with that makes a date special and fun.
I really want to golf again but he keeps telling me the courses are closed......I think he just doesnt want me out there any more for the safety of other golfers. lol

A walk around the lake?? I too do the golf (real and mini). Funnest one I've ever done was I got a date to climb into a go cart and race me at one of the cart tracks around here. Needless to say, she won... I let her....

YA RIGHT! I stomped her, did my dance, and bragged about it the whole way home!!! You didn't think I would really let her win did you??? Ahh... the things memories are made of.

The Key to a fun date is a mixture of spontenanity (sp?) and planning. example: I took my wife out to a very nice dinner. I didn't tell her that I also had tickets to see Sting in concert. So I take her to dinner, surprise her with the concert. Then I decided at the last minute to take a ferry ride across the river to the concert venue. If you put as much effort into planning and consideration for her likes and dislikes, then she is very likely to return the effort, if you know what I mean.
