Would like recommendations for auto starter
Hello everyone,
I would like to install a remote starter unit / alarm for my 1996 F150 Super Cab. Any recommendations as far brand for ease of installation and wearability?
Being able to have the truck automatically and or remotely start when it's 40 below or 102 and sitting in the sun would be nice.. I see these various brands, most commonly, Bulldog for around $50-$70. Some with alarms for the price, some without, depending on where it is. It just sounds to cheap to be a good unit. I thought these were like 5 times the price.
Any insight would be helpful. My Dad wants to put one in his 01 Ranger. Both trucks have EFI and automatics.
