headers wont seal up!!!!

headers wont seal up!!!!
my question is, should i just put more torque on the bolts?
i just replaced the second set of gaskets on my truck, this time i had the headers machined (50$) and used copper gaskets (another stinkin $50), i torqued down what i could reach with the socket, then i just did my best guess with the 6" wrench (cannot fit anything bigger and the last few Pas side bolts) im guessing that i have around 30LBS toltal on the bolts. and the suckers still leak on the back section of the Pass side header.
now i know this is to blame for the cheap quality of my hedman headers with wimpy and thin flanges. but what can i do till i can caugh up enough cash for nicer ones? im really tired of this early 70s chivvvy clickyity click sound thats comeing form my hood. thanks

oh yeah, i would like to add that i want to run longtubes if i have to replace them again. i would really like to run the Eliet Hedmans but it says that it will not work with having the D60 up front with F350s, and my bronco is running a D60. but i am thinking i might be fine becasue i have 6" of lift. does that sound like it will work?
