i have a 1980 f150 351m with a 600 holley,the suspension and steering package was modified proir to purchase, she really went good,but i blew a second moter and was wondering ,is this a good moter for high speed, and what is the biggist engine i can put in without a great deal of modifications ?

The 460 will work in your truck, but you will need beefed up motor mounts and a tranny that will fit the 460.
The 351M's are not speed demons (by design and intent), but make great low end torque for towing and off-roading apps. You ought to go read some threads in the 351M/400 forum, actually do a search, and type in Shazam (I believe that's his screen-name), he used to frequent there, and he has built several 400's that make awesome power. The major difference between a 351M and 400 is the crank.
