Automatic door locks
I have done a search and can find no info. Does anyone know how to disable the automatic locking feature of the power door locks in a 2001 Explorer?

Automatic door locks
Do you have your owner manual? I have a 98 and my father has a 2000. I like the feature so I left mine alone but my father doesn't like it so I disabled it on his. It's not hard to do but I can't remeber off-hand and I don't have access to the manual at the moment. As long as you got the manual, though, you should be all set. Good luck!

I'll have to check it. I didn't remember seeing anything about disabling them before, but I could have missed it. thanks.
