Leaf spring insulators
i have to replace the leaf spring insulators on my '97 F-150 4X2 Scab because the springs squeek every time I hit a bump. If I put oil on the springs where the insulators are/were they springs quite down.
How do you change the insulators? There are bands holding the top two springs together, do I need to replace these when I replace the insulators?
