Flux-capacitor? (I know, I know, but I HAD to be the first to say it.) Got power? I know it might seem stupid, but really. The outlet it's plugged into could have issues, rather than the unit.
Power to it ,there are usally 2 fuses within it . or the door seal and or switch could be bad .Chk the simple things first.
Do Not I mean Do not Jumper out any safety switches and turn the unit on unless you want to get burned or glow in the dark syndrome!!!!!!!!!!!
What are the symptoms? Does it seem to run but just won't cook anything, or is there no power at all? If there is power but it won't cook, the Magnatron is probably gone, time to get a new oven...and that's about the extent of my knowledge on that subject. -TD
The link below is a Free, On-Line Case History Database of Commercial and Residential Microwave Oven Repairs: Symptoms, Problems and Solutions. I looked up my model and it said to check for a power header connected to the main board with the solder blown out, yep that was it.
I found some Samsungs on this page, http://www.gallawa.com/microtech/data4.html, but not your model. Go through the basic trouble shooting steps to narrow down your problem, after determining that it is not an interlock switch or something simple visually inspect circuit cards for any bad solder joints or burn marks if you can. It really does not sound like an interlock switch since everything else appears to function. You might look at the problems with the Samsungs listed you problem might be similar. The only reason I wanted to repair mine was that it was built in to my stove/oven unit and I wanted the counter space back that my spare was taking up. Before this I had never had one apart, I do have some electronics background and what I like to think are some pretty good trouble shooting skills. But really I am just stubborn (and sometimes cheep). ;')

Inside it You will find a small rectangluar sand-filled resistor that connects the magnatron to ground, most of the time this is the culprit.only about$5.
Try cleaning the vent on the back of the oven. I have heard that if these get covered with dust, the unit may not heat. Since it isn't that old, I wouldn't suspect that anything major (like magetron) would be bad.
