hi im just wondering where the jackpoints are on a 92 F-150 2wd. i think i might have a bad front wheel bearing but all i have is a car jack and i know that it wont reach the undercarrige. are there any points on the suspension where i can jack the truck up by? thanks!

Jackpoint should be a flat spot on the I-beam. It's one of the lowest points under the truck in the front. If you can't reach that, you're not gonna jack it up. What about the stock jack under the hood? Do you still have that?
If you need, I've got a '92 2WD as well, and I've got all the Owners Manuals and crap that came with it. If the posts above don't help, either email me (if you can) or post here and maybe I can get you a photocopy or picture somehow.
thanks for the replies. this place is great. as you can tell im new to the truck world. jroehl mentioned the factory jack which is located under hood. i found what i first thought was a hood prop but i guess that's not wha it's for. could that be the level to raise the jack? i havent found the actuall jack yet. anyone know the position it would be in on a 92 f150 with the big 6. thanks for the info.
