Turn signal assembly problems

Turn signal assembly problems
I had to replace the turn signal cam in the assembly and while removing it, three small plates were found inside and I'm not sure how or where these parts go. Chilton only says to replace everything as it was when you removed it. Can someone help? I would really appreciate some ideas. Maybe a diagram or something to show how it all goes together. Thanks.

Can you let us know what truck you have and some pertinent details? I can probably get you a copy of the assembly for a 95.

Donnie, my pleasure. Unfortunately, the 95 has a multi-function switch and does not have the same setup you have so I cannot get you a picture. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
You could go to your local Ford dealer and ask to see the shop manual. I have done this several times and never had anyone refuse me. Some will even copy a page for you.
