dont know about the bilsteins but have the pto comp mx6 shocks on the wifes 250 and she loves them they are adjustable 6 setings and life time, sold at four wheel parts. www.4wheelparts.com

OH - you mean Ford's knock off of the ranchos they use for stock shocks ?!?!?!
I promise you the stock Ranchos are not at all related to the 9000's :-)
Just like everything, there are all different levels of quality when you only want to pay a few bucks for something that cost more :-)
