I would like to change the honeycomb grille on my lariat to a black one like the xlt but keep the chrome surround. Has anyone done this? Can they be seperated?
I change the regular honeycomb for the fx4 grill, just the inside part. You have to be carefull because the clips brake off easy then you have to put some silicone like I did. Good Luck
What type of paint should you use on the front grill? Should you use a clear coat on it after done? do you need to sand it down first? is there and prep work necessary?
remove the grille tape off the chrome and ford emblem use a 3m red scratch pad scuff up grille and use a matt black aerosol can i put about 4 coats on letting each dry 15 min inbetween coats
