I just bought a 1997 Expedition and my CD changer is not working at all. I push the button, I get nothing. There is no noise, no movement, it's just plain dead. I'm not sure if it's not getting power, or the changer needs to be replaced. Can someone please help me sort out this problem?

 

Sounds like the changer is not communicating with the radio, 2 things could be the cause, 1) no power to the unit and 2) the cd changer could be jammed or dead...
