Transmission Shifts

Hey guys, I was wondering if it is at all possible for the techs at Ford to adjust the shift points, or the shift firmness on the truck. I am not in the market for a tuner, I just want to firm up my shifts a little. Thanks

If I can do it with a $300 tuner, you know they can, but will they is another question? I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask them.

They said they can't do it. I finally got off my butt and called them.

They said it was all parameters set by Ford. I have a hard time believing that they are unable to hook their computers up to it and change it. lol, oh well, just one more reason to pick up the tuner. heh
