Expedition Statistics

Is there anywhere online where I can track statistics on production of different option packages for various year Expeditions?

I've got a 2000 Eddie Bauer, and I think it's got every option on it, but I wanted to check it out for myself.

For those of you who know quite a bit about the vehicle, comparitively speaking, how rare is the quad captain option? I looked high and low for mine, and only found one in Iowa when I went to buy.

I don't know of anywhere that would give you that information short of a dealer or distributor.

The problem with a scenerio like this, as its been for years, is that dealers make deals with local custom shops to make up these packages. Everything from custom striping to interior additions. Its impossible to keep up with it from an overall viewpoint. I would check with the dealer on how many of these he had and was it a custom or factory order.

You can go to your dealer and request a build sheet, and options list for a specific year, but I don't think it will have all the years.

Couldn't a dealer just look up the VIN and bring up the sticker? I mean, I don't why they couldn't. Just musing.......

quad captains

I have a 2000 expy EB with quad captains, it was put together that way from Ford. I have the original paperwork from when the truck was ordered with the quad captians..... I have to say, they are one of the best options ever offered..!
