CD changer magazine problem

Just bought an '96 Explorer and the CD changer in the console will not eject. Any quick and simple solutions?

i have a 95 and i have the same problem, it also say no cd, and i dont know what to do.

My 95 has broken twice. Will not fix it again ($250), will install a good aftermarket sound system.

CD changer magazine problem

simple?
tools needed:hammer and screwdriver (flat head or phillips dont matter)
step 1: cuss at CD magazine while shaking fist in air (maybe this will wake up the Ford Gods above)

step 2: after Gods are awakened, pick up hammer
step 3: beat the living crap out of the magazine and CD player, be careful not to scratch or maim center console (after all it isnt the console's fault that such a worthless piece of crap was installed into it)
step 4: using screwdriver remove the mangled plastic mess
step 5: go to best stereo store and purchase awesome kick *** aftermarket system
step 6: be happy, no more "no CD"
