Crazy jack question

I pulled the jack out of my 94 F-350 to see if it would work for my travel trailer. How do I get the thing back in correctly? The wrench won't meet up to the clamp and seems loose. Anyone have any pics of theirs? I just set it in there and tightened as best I could.

I had the same problem with my 97 F250. I finally had to look at a buddys truck to figure it out. I know that isn't much help but I thought you might like to know that you are not alone. When you get it back in correctly, take a polaroid and keep it in the glove box. If nobody you know has the same truck, try "shopping" for a used truck some weekend. Good luck.

Cool

I know what you mean! I still haven't got it right on my '96 f250. I don't remember it being such a problem on my'83. If you do figure it out, I'd like a copy of that picture. The thing's been rattling for years!!!
