04 Ranger recall
Has anyone heard from Ford yet? This could be a big one.

I hope they don't have to pull the bed off to fix it. I can't imagine them doing that and NOT damaging anything.

Yikes! Called my dealer yesterday to schedule an appt for warranty issues, but surprised that he didn't mention this.
If this is true, I sure hope the stealer will not mess up my truck too much....

Its already listed in recall section at this site. Info there says Ford will not repair affected trucks, but will REPLACE vehicle! Wow!

I did roll under it for a look-see and I didn't see anything that looked like it could be a problem.
