Go to your local ford dealership's service department. Sorry, but i can't fing the recept, but i think it cost me around $40 to replace mine.

ha, i suppose my warrenty is gone. lol, just a joke, thanks. i keep trying to call, but all i get is the standard "your call is very important to us. please stay on the line and a ford represenitve will be with you shortly" speech. oh well, ill keep trying. thanks yall

Depending on how badly your armrest is broken,...
I fixed mine (91) with some clear adhesive stuff called weld-something. It is like the old automotive goop (not hand cleaner) glue that I have also bought. That was over a year ago and it's still solid.

You could probably go to your local ford dealer for thae part, well if you want to pay an arm and a leg. I broke the armrest in my old explorer, and luckily found one in a scrapyard. Id try there first, grantite you'll be picking it out of a junker, but if its functional why not. Just my $.02
