Electrical Problem HELP


I have a 1997 Explorer and I am having wierd electrical problem
this is the order of what happen
1. air bag sensor light coming on I think code 42 or 52
2. now when turning to the right my door ajar light comes on and interior light ( also door locks activate)
3. and I get a audiable tone
It is driving me nuts? anyone know if the turn signal switch or the steering colunm have any wiring that would effect all these symtoms
I know if I take to a dealer its gonnna be BIG bucks

ANY HELP OR DIRECTION WOULD BE GREAAT!

You are not telling us something. Have you been in side there messing about? Changed anything lately? Replaced any parts? All of the things you speak of have power or control lines running through the column. Yes, changing the turn signal switch (and not getting it back in correctly) could cause some of this. The air-bag light could also be caused by digging around in the column and not getting it back together correctly. Tell us more, or retrace your repair (playing around) steps if you do not want to admit to anything.

Sounds like a lose connecter, but need more information.
