Yep, the Ranger, Explorer, Escape and their Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda counterparts use the Ford car bolt pattern which is 5 X 4.5". All Bronco/F-150s use the 5 X 5.5" bolt pattern.
Keep in mind that the f150 had a differant bolt pattern after 1996, so 1997 and up will not work on the bronco, dodge or jeep. Ford tried out that strange 7 bolt pattern for a year or 2 dropped that and went metric with the 5x135 pattern.
