Feelings on Diablo Racing Chip?
can any of you guys help me with a good exhaust system on my 4.0L SOHC Explorer sport 2000? Only found gibson single outlet sos exhaust... I don't think it's "strong" enough... Any ideas? If i just replaced my muffler with like a flowmaster let's say and kept the rest of the stock exhaust would it still work correctly or is it unsafe?

Feelings on Diablo Racing Chip?
Ken,
I have 97 X with 4.0 SOHC. With the Delta chip, I can run either 87 or 91 octane programs, is that right? Also, I know that the motor will ping if I use 87 octane in the 91 mode, what will happen if I have 91 octane during the 87 mode? How easy is it to switch between the two modes? Is there a way to do it from the cab? Lastly, I've read that you program the chip for the Mods made on each truck, if I get the chip first, and then do some mods like intake and exhaust later, will I have to have the chip reprogrammed for the new mods?
Any answers are greatly appreciated.

If you order it with two programs, yes.

Nothing, same as running premium with the SUV now.
>How easy is it to switch between the two modes?
Instant flip of the switch while running.
>Is

Yes, it comes with a 4 ft cable so you can mount it where you want it.

Intake and exhaust do not impact programming. Headers, cams, blowers, gear changes, etc. do.
