302 overheating

302 overheating

what can it be new rad. water pump. thermostat. water will not circulate in rad. no air in motor. the one thing i see is that the water punp turns to the left not the right like most was told that the newer ones do that do not know. about 40 min. to over heat it tryed to drive it but gets to hot .no one can tell me what is wrong any help would be good thanks
all so no water in oil or out the pipes no vac. leaks evey thing is new to do with cooling and in right
