As anyone had the experience of dealing with ford in regard to getting your money back and/or vehicle exchanged for another when you've had problems with the new truck?
There are a couple of mechanical issues that have not been resolved and of the four weeks I've owned it the beast has been out of my hands two of those weeks, and it has under 1,000 mile on it.
Any experiences, thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated.
I had a 98 STX 4.6 Manual trans with a bad vibration since new in third gear only, through the stick. After 2 tranny changes, pinion angle shims, tire balancing yada yada, Ford agreed to buy the lease out, if I got a new F150, they didnt give me my downpayment back, but the dealer ended up eating it on the new truck. Good luck dude!
you might want to also check the lemon laws in you state you could qulify for a lemon, but i would try to work something out with your dealler first since to get a lemon can sometimes take a long time.
